Wine Tasting – Glunz Family Winery & Cellars, 221 Robert Parker Coffin Road, Long Grove, IL

The cost is $12 for tasting and Lake/McHenry will be providing cheese, fruit and chocolate appetizers to accompany the wine.  Please bring a wrapped grab bag gift valued at approximately $5 if you wish to participate in the grab bag.  

****Wear comfortable shoes as we will be standing during this event.  There are no tables or chairs at the winery.****

NAWIC Chapter 368 is looking for donations for their annual holiday packages to the men and women serving our country.  Our monthly meeting will be conducted at Lankfords office to pack boxes.

We invite everyone to participate in collecting items from your office, friends, family, and associates until November 4, 2011.  We will then divide, box, and send to service members stationed in the Middle East.  Please visit the websites listed below for ideas for donations.  It is important to note that we only send one 12x12x12 box to an individual so small items are required to facilitate a each person getting a variety of goods.

 Travel sized items are the best to ship!  (Aerosol cans are NOT permitted.)

 Donations can be dropped off or sent to Lankford Construction Company.  Monetary donations will be used for shipping and should be made payable to:  NAWIC #368 c/o Lankford, 1455 Karlens Way, Johnsburg, IL  60051

 If anyone has a loved one, friend, acquaintance, or if someone has heard of someone that will be stationed in the Middle East over the holiday season, complete the form below or e-mail the information requested.

DEREGULATING UTILITY BILLS

Our guest speaker will be, Chuck Bourgeois from Progressive Energy Group, talking about deregulation and how his company can save commercial customers thousands of dollars in energy costs!  If possible bring your last 3 months of utility bills from your company to see if he can save you money!
